As a London-er myself I would call it core and pretty accent-less English...but of course everyone would say that from wherever they come from!
It's probs as close to queen's English as common folk get in terms of core letter pronounciation
One give away that it's London / south east England is that less well spoken Londoners commonly drop the L at the end of words and pronounce it as a W...listen closely and where she says "well", she actually says "wew". "Call" becomes "caw" etc, really heavily dragging that last W
I can understand people finding UK accents tricky...especially as she can speak quite quickly!»

I bet, that her speech could be one of London's city low-class dialects or rather - even away from "isles" - I thought Australia or Zeeland.
